Team leader phones me and inform me of dinner plans and a smart casual dress code. I opt for slim chinos, oxford shirt, relaxed blazer and brown brogues…. Team leader turns up in hiking boots, beige cargo pants, body warmer and ill fitting shirt. I was embarrassed to be sat at the same table to say the least.
